Texas- Made in Fort Worth from #2 yellow dent TX corn, TX soft red winter wheat, and a strain of wild yeast captured from a Texas pecan, called the "Brazos" strain. After aging for more than four years in charred oak barrels, it is smooth and sweetly spicy with caramel and dark fruit.
